MVT100 "Not Connected"

Hello there.  I have set a Meitrack MVT100 device to send data to server 128.199.127.94 at port 6020 as your website mentions for this model.

I added the device to the gpswox account and entered the device IMEI no.

The device continues to send data to your server but the status on gpswox is still "Not connected".

Anything else needed to be done?

please write to support@gpswox.com and we will check incoming data from gps tracker and will provide you guidelines for tracker configuration.

I've sent email several times over the past couple of days but no response.  Will I only get a response if I am signed up as a paying member?
