To check what parameters your gps tracker is sending, you need to go to the history tab, click show history, click messages tab and click on any message. Popup window will appear with all the parameters that your gps tracker is sending.
You can then use those parameters to create/pair sensors(Objects->edit->sensors->add) or Events(Setup->Events / CMS->Events).
After creating an Event, you can create Alert for your created Event at Tools->Alerts.
