I could see them in my office and they worked fine.
After I powered them off and sent to Hawaii to my employees they don't connect.
Even after I signed out and back in.

On each phone, I can no longer sign in. I get the error:

Username or password is empty

The username and password are both filled in. The error has persisted over the past 24 hours. Like I said, it's with two different phones.

When I use my username/password combination to sign into the website, I don't have a problem.]]>
