GPSWOX detecting wrong protocol?

Hello GPSWOX Support Team,

I'm trying to define custom events. Currently I'm working with TZoneDigitalAVL05 and TZoneDigitalAVL02.

The issue is when I try to see the protocol used by the device, it shows "totem" (screenshot attached).

Why do TZone AVL05 and TZone AVL02 are using this totem protocol?
Although both gprs protocols are almost the same $$ ... the paramaters in "History"->"Log data" are just some paramaters of the total sent by TZONE's devices. Using totem protocol can cause erratic data in Event, io, adc, battery and other fields.

How could I set up the devices in order they work with tzone protocol?

Ignition sensor reading Issue

Hello,

I have 11 xexun TK206OBD trackers in production that are not able to get any ignition reading. I have watched and followed all sensor instructions on gpswox and still no success.

Do you know how I can get this to work and also do you know how I can read the raw data from the units so I can determine the correct sensor parameters ( I've already tried data history as recommended by the video instructions and that didn't help)?

hello,
with the new version of gpswox i can't find the parameter names and parameter values of my tracker in the history of my tracker.

as on this pics:

and i can't add my parameter name in the sensor configuration ( io82 , io83 ...)

Someone can help me please?

I'm testing with AVL equipment, the problem I have to work because there are no manuals for each brand of equipment, there are sensors that are already built into equipment such as ignition, button, odometro could help for testing

What are they for? Accessories and stuff

I have a question.
I can see there is a category "Accessories"
Not really aware of what it is intended.
Can I buybuy these car enhancements on gpswox, or what?
But how does it relate to the GPS?
