Hi,
iPhone app only shows sms messages needs to be sent, so I strongly recommend you to use Android app for configuration, because it sends sms messages to the tracker. Here is the link for android app:

Below are the steps.
Method 1.
1. Remove PIN code from the sim card and insert it in the gps tracker.
2. Plug in OBD tracker to obd socket. Green light should appear, means that tracker is on.
3. Create gpswox.com account, login(make note(ip address) in which server you logged in ! ) and add your device(imei number can be found on the box or via teltonika‘s pc program).
4. Open Android app, select teltonika, select the same server you logged in, select APN details and click start configuration. About 30 sms messages will be sent to the tracker to configure it. Once it is done, you should see it online.
Method 2.
1. Remove PIN code from the sim card and insert it in the gps tracker.
2. Plug in OBD tracker to obd power source(should be found in the package, you will need connect red and black cabled to + and – to some kind of power adapter and plug it to the socket for power source). Then connect USB cable to OBD tracker and PC. Green light should appear, means that tracker is on.
3. Download VCP driver and Configurator from here:

4. Open configurator and click connect. Select recommended configuration, enter APN details(can be found from your gsm operator), server ip address you are logged in, port 6027 and press the button to write to flash.
5. Create gpswox.com account, login(make note(ip address) in which server you logged in ! ) and add your device(imei number can be found on the box or via teltonika‘s pc program).
